Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated CMS Coordinator with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering to join a prominent oil and gas project in Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring over five years of relevant experience within the GCC region and possess hands-on expertise in CMS operations along with Hexagon software proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing punch lists efficiently by creating, tracking, closing, and reassigning items as needed. Collaborating closely with Completion and Commissioning teams is essential to ensure smooth project progress. You will also oversee the weekly monitoring and reporting of progress updates, issue completion certificates, and manage ePTW permits. The role entails handling all activities related to CMS to maintain project quality and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of CMS coordination experience, specifically in oil and gas projects
• Proven GCC experience is mandatory
• Proficiency in Punch List Management and Hexagon CMS tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams effectively
