Al Moftah Al Dhabi Building Contracting L.L.C. is currently seeking a skilled Civil Foreman to join their team in Dubai, UAE. This role demands a professional with extensive experience in civil construction, particularly within the UAE, to oversee daily site operations for high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Foreman will be responsible for supervising site labor and ensuring all civil works are executed in accordance with project drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. The role involves monitoring work progress, reporting any site-related issues, and managing the efficient use of materials, tools, and equipment. Additionally, the foreman must enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols and maintain excellent housekeeping standards on site. Preparation of daily reports and maintenance of site documentation will also be part of the job duties.

Required Skills and Experience

• Between 5 to 10 years of civil construction experience within the UAE.
• Prior work on high-rise building projects is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities with proven team management experience.
• Focused on quality control and committed to maintaining safety standards.
• Disciplined approach with a results-driven mindset.

Work Environment

The position is based on construction sites located in Dubai. Candidates should be prepared to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments while coordinating effectively with diverse teams.
