Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a seasoned QA/QC Site Engineer with expertise in mechanical engineering and broad multi-discipline experience. This role requires a highly skilled professional capable of managing quality assurance and quality control activities on site, ensuring compliance and delivering high standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take charge of comprehensive QA/QC management, including overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, E&I, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines. Core duties involve implementing Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), conducting materials inspections, and supervising testing and commissioning procedures.

Additional responsibilities include managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), coordinating punch list activities, and interacting with completion and commissioning teams to monitor weekly progress. The role also calls for issuing completion certificates, supervising ePTW permit processes, and handling all related Construction Management System (CMS) tasks.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Mechanical, Electrical, E&I, and Plumbing QA/QC management.
• Proficiency in implementing ITPs and conducting thorough inspections and testing.
• Strong command of NCR management and documentation compliance.
• Hands-on expertise with Hexagon software is essential.
• Demonstrated ability in punch list management, including creation, closure, and reassignment of items.
• Coordination skills to liaise effectively with completion and commissioning teams.
• Experience in progress monitoring, reporting, and issuing necessary completion-related certifications.
• Familiarity with ePTW permit management and comprehensive CMS activities.

Contract Duration

This position is offered on a 6-month contract basis with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance.
