Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our Electrical Division based in Abu Dhabi. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from AED 10,000 to AED 15,000, tailored for professionals with strong technical expertise and proven sales experience within the UAE electrical and power systems sector.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with key clients, including ADNOC Group, TAQA, EGA, various power plants, consultants, and EPC contractors. You will provide tailored technical solutions related to AC/DC systems, industrial batteries, generator control panels, protection relays, transformers, substations, and power distribution systems. Additionally, you will manage proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate closely with technical teams to meet client requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is essential.
• Between 5 to 8 years of sales experience in the UAE focusing on electrical or power system products and services.
• Strong blend of technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is advantageous.
• Completion of TAQA Electrical Engineer Assessment is a plus.

Preferred Background

Experience working with major regional clients such as the ADNOC Group, TAQA, Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA), power plants, engineering consultants, and EPC contractors will be highly regarded. Candidates with familiarity in the listed electrical system components and power infrastructure will have a distinct advantage.
