Job Overview

AMSA Healthcare LLC is looking for a skilled male candidate with substantial experience in pharmacy operations and medical store management. This position is based in the United Arab Emirates and involves overseeing inventory, managing stock levels, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for the pharmacy and medical store.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and distribute medicines and medical supplies efficiently.
• Monitor stock quantities and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
• Maintain detailed documentation of stock receipts, issues, and returns to ensure traceability.
• Regularly check expiry dates, batch numbers, and quantities to guarantee product quality.
• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory methods.
• Liaise with suppliers for procurement orders and schedule deliveries.
• Conduct frequent physical stock counts and perform reconciliation against records.
• Ensure all medicines and supplies are stored under proper conditions respecting safety regulations.
• Generate inventory reports and keep management informed about stock status.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.
• Possession of a valid pharmacist license or eligibility to practice in the UAE is required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in pharmacy or medical store handling.
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory management and effective stock control preferred.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, and their storage requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software is essential.
