Job Overview

A reputable services company based in Al Khobar is actively seeking qualified Quality Control (QC) Engineers for a long-term, rental-based assignment on a major power plant project located in Riyadh. Candidates with a strong engineering background and extensive power plant experience are encouraged to apply to join this dynamic project team.

Available Positions and Role Focus

  • Mechanical QC Engineer
  • Static & Rotating QC Engineer
  • Mechanical QA/QC Engineer – specializing in site erection activities related to tanks and steel structure erection and inspection
  • Static & Rotating Engineer – with expertise in multidisciplinary engineering and mechanical erection works involving steel structures, boilers, turbines, tanks, and more
  • Welding Inspector – certified with CSWIP 3.1 and ASNT Level II
  • Mechanical Inspector – experienced particularly with rotating equipment such as gas turbines (GT) and steam turbines
  • Electrical Inspector – skilled in GIS, high voltage cables, generators, and transformers
  • Commissioning I&C Inspectors
  • Commissioning DCS Engineers

Key Responsibilities

Candidates will be expected to oversee and ensure the highest standards of quality control and assurance throughout all phases of power plant project execution, including shutdowns, site erection activities, inspections, and commissioning. Effective project management skills and adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols are essential.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Valid Iqama status in Saudi Arabia
  • Engineering degree or diploma in a relevant discipline
  • API certification in any category
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of solid experience working on power plant projects, machinery, and shutdown operations
  • Proven exposure to HSE, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control within similar project environments
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Work Locations

Selected candidates will be assigned to work locations in Riyadh and Nariyah.
