Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fire Pump Technician with extensive experience in fire fighting and fire alarm systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years working directly on the design and construction of these systems, preferably within the GCC region, with hands-on experience in Saudi Arabia. This role involves installation, repair, commissioning, and maintenance of both diesel and electric fire pump sets that are UL and non-UL certified.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fire system pump sets including diesel and electric models
• Commission fire pump systems to ensure they meet operational standards
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and Saudi fire safety codes
• Collaborate on multiple projects across Saudi Arabia, adapting to varied site requirements

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum six years of direct fire fighting and fire alarm systems experience
• Strong knowledge of NFPA regulations and Saudi fire system standards
• Previous experience with major companies like SABIC, ARAMCO, and SEC considered a plus
• Proficiency in English is mandatory for effective communication
• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent technical education is required; engineering graduates and postgraduates are encouraged to apply
• NFPA certification is highly valued

Work Environment and Conditions

The position requires working six days a week for eight hours each day. Upon joining, the technician will be assigned to a variety of projects located throughout Saudi Arabia, providing valuable field experience and professional growth.
