Job Overview

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated baristas to join our team at our coffee shops located in Jizan, Hail, and Al Ahsa, Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity for those with at least one to three years of experience who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, interacting with customers to provide excellent service, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the coffee shop. Your role will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of barista experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy setting.
• Energetic, presentable, and well-groomed appearance.

Job Requirements

• Nationality: Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Uganda, Kenya.
• Possession of a transferable iqama is mandatory (expired iqama accepted if expired within the last 2 to 4 months).
• Immediate availability to join.

Compensation

The salary ranges from SAR 1,700 to 1,900, with the exact amount to be finalized based on the candidate’s experience during the interview process.
