We are seeking a meticulous and organized Government Customers Accountant to join our accounting team in Qatar. This role is essential for managing government customer receivables and ensuring timely collection efforts. Key Responsibilities

The Government Customers Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable process specific to government clients. This includes conducting reconciliations, maintaining control over receivables, coordinating with internal teams, and preparing accurate statements and reports. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant policies and financial procedures to support organizational goals.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant accounting role.
• Basic knowledge of financial terms and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented setting.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the Corporate Customers Senior Accountant, collaborating closely to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data related to government customers.
