Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily showroom operations, motivating and guiding the sales team, and meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently. This includes overseeing sales processes, monitoring team performance, implementing strategic sales plans, and maintaining high standards of customer service to enhance the showroom’s reputation.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 15 years of hands-on experience in the automotive or vehicle sales industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve set goals.
• Strong track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent leadership qualities and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to handle showroom operations efficiently.
