We are seeking a professional and approachable Female Receptionist to represent our company as the first point of contact. This role requires a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills and a welcoming demeanor to ensure positive interactions with visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, managing incoming calls and inquiries, and coordinating visitor registration efficiently. Additionally, this role includes working closely with internal teams to support administrative and human resources functions while maintaining an organized and professional reception area.

Required Skills and Experience

• 1 to 2 years of experience in reception, front desk, or customer service roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to multitask effectively
• Basic proficiency with MS Office applications
• Experience in hospitality or a corporate environment is an advantage
