Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Well Services Supervisor to join a prominent Oil & Gas project located in Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of expertise in well services and well intervention, contributing to the successful execution of complex offshore and onshore operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Well Services Supervisor will oversee all aspects of well intervention activities, including slickline, wireline/logging, well testing, stimulation, coiled tubing, and well integrity management. This role demands strong leadership abilities to manage contractors effectively while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Well Services and Well Intervention.
• In-depth knowledge of slickline, wireline/logging, well testing, stimulation, coiled tubing, and maintaining well integrity.
• Preferred experience working offshore environments.
• Essential experience handling H2S and CO2 hazards.
• Proven leadership capabilities along with strong HSE and contractor management skills.

Work Environment

This position is based in Qatar and may involve working in challenging offshore conditions. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to prioritize safety and maintain high operational standards within dynamic oil and gas projects.
