Elegancia Services in Qatar is currently recruiting for several experienced professionals across key technical and management roles. These open positions require candidates with strong backgrounds in water and wastewater management, civil project estimation, and asset risk management within the GCC region. Ideal applicants will have extensive experience working on Ashghal and PWA projects and must be available locally in Qatar.

Available Positions

• Technical Manager (Water/Wastewater) – Professionals with 12 to 15 years of GCC and Qatar experience overseeing water and wastewater systems.
• Senior STP/PTP Operation & Management Plant Manager – Candidates with 12 to 15 years of experience managing sewage and potable water treatment plants.
• Proposals Manager (Civil/Estimation) – Experts with 12 to 15 years in civil construction estimation and proposals development.
• Risk Manager – Asset Management – Specialists with 12 to 15 years experience in asset risk management on Ashghal and Public Works Authority projects.

Requirements

• Residency and local availability in Qatar are mandatory.
• Strong project experience within the GCC, particularly focused on Ashghal and PWA contracts.
• Proven track record in their respective technical fields along with leadership capabilities.
