Job Overview

A leading hospitality company in Qatar is seeking skilled and dedicated kitchen staff to join their team immediately. The company is hiring for multiple Commis 1 roles across various kitchen specialties including Arabic cooking, pastry preparation, and hot & cold kitchen operations. Candidates must have a valid Qatar ID and a transferable visa to be eligible for these positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area.
• Assist senior chefs in food preparation and presentation.
• Ensure quality control and consistency in all dishes served.
• Follow safety and sanitary procedures at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as Commis 1 in a similar hospitality environment.
• Expertise in Arabic cooking, pastry, or hot/cold kitchen operations as applicable.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid Qatar ID and transferable visa are mandatory.
