We are urgently seeking a skilled Civil Supervisor to oversee a villa construction project in Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of hands-on experience working in Qatar, with a strong background in site supervision and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for managing on-site operations, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards. This role demands a keen eye for quality control and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors and project stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience working in Qatar’s civil construction sector
• Proficient in site supervision and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC)
• Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations
• Effective communication and leadership capabilities
