A reputable construction company in Bahrain is looking for a skilled and locally available MEP Engineer to lead the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering efforts for their high-rise buildings and large villa projects. The successful candidate will oversee all phases of MEP system planning, design, installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure projects meet quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
The MEP Engineer will be responsible for coordinating all MEP activities on site, managing subcontractors, and working closely with architects, structural engineers, and project managers. Their role includes reviewing design drawings, technical submittals, and resolving site issues promptly to maintain project workflows. Additionally, the engineer will monitor project timelines, budgets, and compliance with Bahraini building codes and safety regulations.
- Lead MEP system planning and execution including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection
- Manage installation, testing, and commissioning phases ensuring adherence to project specifications
- Review MEP designs, material submissions, and respond to technical queries
