Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Lead with over 8 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years focused on banking projects. This role is based in Abu Dhabi and offers an opportunity to lead critical initiatives within the banking domain, managing cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and reporting project progress diligently, identifying potential issues proactively, and ensuring timely escalation and resolution. You will coordinate daily with various teams including Design, Build, Test, Operations, Infrastructure, and UAT to execute project tasks efficiently. Ensuring all project activities are completed within set deadlines is a vital part of the role.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of banking domain with emphasis on schemes, terminals, compliance, and card issuing products.
• Experience or knowledge in acquiring and merchant settlement processes is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective coordination across teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management techniques, ensuring accurate tracking and status reporting.
