Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities that nurture the cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth of young children. Creating a warm, supportive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and learning is essential. Additionally, managing the classroom effectively and collaborating with colleagues to support the overall development of students are important aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Montessori certification is mandatory.
• Prior experience teaching Kindergarten or early childhood education is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of child development and suitable teaching methodologies for young learners.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage children, parents, and team members effectively.
• Creative approach to lesson planning and classroom activities.
• Excellent classroom management and student handling abilities.
