Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly waitress to join our Food & Beverage team in Doha, Qatar. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for candidates with at least one year of service experience in a restaurant or similar environment. Fresh graduates with a passion for hospitality are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

As a waitress, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your tasks will include warmly greeting guests, presenting menus, and accurately taking orders. You will serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards, ensure guest satisfaction by efficiently handling their requests, and manage billing and payments accurately. Maintaining cleanliness of tables and service areas, as well as adhering to food safety, hygiene, and allergen protocols, are essential to this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in food and beverage service, though freshers with enthusiasm and aptitude may be considered
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene; certification is advantageous
• Good command of English with additional languages seen as a plus
• Ability to work flexibly on weekends and holidays
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• A friendly, guest-oriented attitude
