Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-focused Account Executive to join our dynamic Finance & Accounting team based in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time, permanent position within the IT Services, Consulting, and Outsourcing industry, offering a competitive salary range between AED 2,000 and 2,500. Candidates from India, both male and female, fluent in Hindi are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle various accounting tasks essential to the financial health of the organization. Responsibilities include managing accounting and business banking transactions, reconciling invoices, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing detailed income and expense reports. You will also be responsible for generating Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Funds Flow Statements, maintaining accurate accounting records using Tally ERP software, managing monthly expenses, payroll, and divisional profit and loss. Maintaining strict confidentiality concerning all financial information is mandatory.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of one year experience as an Accountant; fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the Trainee Accountant role.
• Educational background in accounting is essential.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP is required.
• Strong skills in MS Excel, including advanced features.
• Good understanding of general accounting principles encompassing Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and final accounts.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.
