Job Overview

Al Rustumani (Owners Association Management Services L.L.C) is seeking a skilled Accountant to join their team in the United Arab Emirates. This role involves overseeing day-to-day accounting activities while supporting financial management across various departments. Ideal candidates will bring relevant UAE accounting experience and familiarity with VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The Accountant will manage essential financial functions, including:

• Performing bank and supplier reconciliations accurately and promptly
• Preparing client invoices, statements of accounts (SOA), and conducting payment follow-ups
• Handling payroll processing, Wage Protection System (WPS) compliance, petty cash, and expense tracking
• Assisting with project and job costing analysis to support operational budgeting
• Generating monthly accounting reports and management summaries
• Maintaining precise financial records to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on accounting experience within the UAE market
• Prior experience in Facilities Management, MEP, Maintenance, or Contracting sectors is preferred
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
• Proficiency in Tally Prime software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
