Key Responsibilities

The Continental Cook will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering menu items following standard recipes. Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety is essential. The role demands the ability to work efficiently under pressure while producing consistent, premium-quality dishes.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience working in hotels, restaurants, or catering services.
• Strong command of continental cooking techniques and cuisine.
• Capability to plan and prepare dishes that meet established standards.
• Commitment to maintaining excellent food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to relocate offshore for the assignment.
