Job Overview

Nassguard Trading WLL is seeking a skilled Accounts Executive to join their finance team in Dammam / Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi VAT regulations, and supporting auditing processes for a dynamic general trading and export/import company.

Our client, a respected B2B supplier across the GCC, specializes in industrial safety, fire protection systems, PPE, and technical supplies, maintaining strong compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Handling daily accounting activities such as journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Managing VAT compliance, including invoicing, filing VAT returns, and ensuring adherence to Saudi ZATCA regulations
• Preparing accurate financial statements, ledgers, and maintaining comprehensive records
• Supporting both internal and external audits, coordinating with auditors as needed
• Monitoring accounts receivable and payable, alongside performing regular bank reconciliations
• Maintaining organized documentation in line with Saudi financial laws, ensuring statutory report deadlines are met

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting
• At least 4 years of accounting experience within Saudi Arabia, ensuring familiarity with local financial processes
• Strong understanding of Saudi VAT laws and ZATCA compliance requirements
• Experience with VAT filing, invoicing procedures, and financial documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software, preferably Tally or ERP systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently under tight deadlines
• Fluency in Malayalam is preferred, with candidates from Kerala, India given priority
