Roles & Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting

Handle Saudi VAT compliance, invoicing, and documentation

Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and records

Support internal and external audits and financial reviews

Coordinate with internal departments and auditors when required

Ensure timely submission of VAT returns and statutory reports as per Saudi regulations

Monitor receivables, payables, and bank reconciliations

Maintain proper documentation in compliance with Saudi financial laws

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting

Minimum 4 years of experience in Saudi Accounts (Mandatory)

Strong knowledge of Saudi VAT laws, ZATCA regulations, and financial documentation

Experience in VAT filing, invoicing, and compliance procedures

Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (Tally / ERP systems preferred)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Malayalam language proficiency preferred (Native speakers preferred)

Candidates from Kerala, India are preferred

Experience

4 – 6 Years (Minimum 4 years in Saudi Arabia mandatory)

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Accounting
