Job Overview

Sefam Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join their Head Office team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and supporting network infrastructure, with the ability to configure and troubleshoot next-generation firewalls (NGFWs), routers, switches, and wireless networks including WiFi and radio systems. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic IT environment, contributing to the smooth operation of the company’s communication and data networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and implement robust network infrastructure across the organization.
• Configure and troubleshoot NGFWs to ensure network security and optimal performance.
• Manage routers and switches, ensuring reliable connectivity and proper network segmentation.
• Oversee WiFi and radio network setups, troubleshooting connectivity issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with the IT team to resolve network-related incidents promptly and effectively.

Required Skills

• Strong experience working with network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Proficient in configuring and managing Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW).
• Technical knowledge of WiFi and radio network configuration and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in network engineering or a similar role.
• Proven track record of handling network configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with technical teams and management.
