TRIO CAFE, a renowned specialty coffee brand born in the UAE, is expanding its Human Resources team in Dubai. We are actively seeking passionate individuals for two key roles: an HR Executive focused on Performance Management and an HR Intern eager to gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Executive will play a vital role in enhancing employee performance through effective management strategies and aligning HR practices with business goals. Meanwhile, the HR Intern will support the HR team with daily administrative tasks and contribute to creating a positive workplace environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong interest in people management and HR functions
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• For HR Executive: Experience or knowledge in performance management is desirable
• For HR Intern: A keen willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic HR setting
