Al Rehab Groups is seeking a highly skilled QS Manager with over 10 years of experience specializing in MEP quantity surveying. This role is based in the UAE and focuses on delivering precise cost management and commercial leadership within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will oversee all quantity surveying tasks related to MEP projects. This includes preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), conducting tender evaluations, managing valuations, handling variations and claims, and finalizing accounts. You will supervise subcontractor accounts and ensure timely payments. Maintaining thorough knowledge of MEP contracts and commercial practices will be critical to your success.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years experience in MEP quantity surveying and cost control
• Strong capability in managing BOQs, tender processes, claims, and final account settlements
• In-depth understanding of MEP construction contracts and commercial frameworks
• Proven track record managing subcontractor payments and accounts
• Previous roles as a Quantity Surveyor Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor highly preferred
• Experience working within the UAE construction sector is an advantage
