Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and People Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in UAE HR practices and possess a thorough understanding of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures. This role involves managing a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

This role demands active ownership of day-to-day HR activities across various domains. Responsibilities include conducting full-cycle recruitment, supporting employee relations matters, ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires, managing performance appraisal processes, and maintaining accurate HR records in compliance with local regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in UAE HR operations.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and familiarity with MOHRE regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently and independently.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and a willingness to take ownership of HR processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in trading, forex, financial services, or fintech sectors within Dubai is highly advantageous. Candidates with this background will be better equipped to navigate industry-specific HR requirements and practices.
