We are seeking a dependable and detail-driven Administrative and Accounts Assistant to join our team. This role requires someone organized who can efficiently support HR operations, document management, and basic accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities
HR Support:
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding documentation
- Maintain updated employee records and track attendance
- Prepare employment contracts and various HR correspondence
- Support payroll processing and liaise with HR teams
- Respond to employee inquiries while ensuring confidentiality
Document Control:
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital company documents
- Implement effective filing systems, enforce version control, and keep track of document distribution
- Archive documents systematically and prepare files for audits and compliance reviews
Accounts Support:
- Record daily financial transactions accurately
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare invoices and payment vouchers
- Maintain financial documentation and assist in audit preparations
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related discipline
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and HR procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel
