Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor or Chief Accountant to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on overseeing and enhancing the Accounts Payable (AP) functions within Oracle and Perceptive Content systems, ensuring accurate and efficient processing while collaborating across departments for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup, integration, and ongoing support of AP functionality in Oracle and Perceptive Content. Key duties include troubleshooting issues, guiding invoice processing, supplier maintenance, and managing payment processing teams. The role also involves driving process improvements across AP staff, ensuring timely and accurate monthly accrual processes through detailed account reviews, analysis, and reporting.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting with relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years of prior supervisory experience in accounting, preferably within AP.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Payable or similar ERP AP sub-ledger systems.
• Experience with enterprise content management systems, particularly Perceptive Content Document Imaging.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles focused on Accounts Payable.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments to resolve complex issues.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
