Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative and Accounts Assistant to support our HR department, document management, and basic accounting tasks. This role involves maintaining accurate employee records, organizing company documents, and assisting with various financial processes. The ideal candidate will contribute to smooth administrative operations while supporting payroll and recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

HR Support:

  • Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding documentation
  • Maintain employee attendance records and update personnel files
  • Prepare employment contracts and HR correspondence
  • Support payroll coordination and respond to employee inquiries confidentially

Document Control:

  • Organize and maintain company documents, both digital and physical
  • Ensure proper filing systems, version control, and document tracking procedures
  • Distribute and archive documents in compliance with audit requirements

Accounts Support:

  • Record daily financial transactions accurately
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Prepare invoices and payment vouchers as needed
  • Maintain financial documentation and support audit activities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in administrative or accounting support roles preferred
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and HR procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High level of accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
