Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced WPR (Welding Procedure Recorder) technician approved by Aramco to join the Jizan Aramco project in Saudi Arabia. This opportunity offers a 4-month contract with potential extensions, providing a competitive hourly rate and a professional work environment within one of the region’s leading energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately record welding procedures on-site in compliance with Aramco standards and project requirements.
• Monitor welding activities to ensure they meet all safety and quality regulations.
• Coordinate closely with project engineers and quality control teams to maintain documentation accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date records and submit timesheets promptly for payment processing.

Requirements

• Must hold current Aramco approval as a WPR technician.
• Proven experience working on large-scale projects, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of welding processes and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Compensation and Contract Details

The position offers an hourly rate of 42 SAR, with payments disbursed 45 days following timesheet submission. The initial contract duration is four months with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
