Job Overview

Shoemart is seeking motivated female sales support staff for the upcoming Back to School project. Multiple positions are available across various mall locations in the United Arab Emirates. This temporary assignment runs from August 24th to September 30th, requiring dedicated candidates with prior sales experience.

• Mirdiff City Center (MCC) – 6 ladies
• Dubai Mall – 2 ladies
• Al Ain Mall – 1 lady
• Dalma Mall, Abu Dhabi – 3 ladies
• Bawabat Al Sharq, Abu Dhabi – 3 ladies
• Deerfields, Abu Dhabi – 1 lady
• Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi – 2 ladies
• Fujairah Dana Plaza – 2 ladies
• Fujairah City Center – 1 lady
• Ras Al Khaimah Bin Daher (Nakheel) – 2 ladies
• Ras Al Khaimah Dhait – 2 ladies
• Ajman City Center – 4 ladies
• Arabian Center – 1 lady
• Bawadi Mall, Al Ain – 2 ladies

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will assist customers in selecting shoes, provide excellent sales support during busy periods, and ensure a smooth shopping experience throughout the campaign. Maintaining product displays and handling stock may also be required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous sales experience is mandatory
• Valid identification documents
• Ability to work well in team environments
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Working Hours and Compensation

The role involves 9-hour shifts with a one-hour break, operating every day throughout the campaign period with no days off. The offered pay rate is 100 AED per day.
