Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cost Controller specializing in Food & Beverage, Catering, and Cloud Kitchen sectors based in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost management, food costing, inventory control, and operational efficiency within the F&B industry. Immediate availability is highly preferred for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves closely monitoring and controlling the costs related to food, beverages, packaging, and daily operations to maximize profitability. You will be responsible for recipe and menu costing, consumption analysis, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Conducting supplier invoice reviews and driving cost reduction initiatives will also be a significant part of your duties. Additionally, timely preparation of detailed cost reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis is essential to support business decisions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Over 5 years of proven experience in cost controlling within the Food & Beverage, Catering, or Cloud Kitchen industries.
• Expertise in food costing, inventory management, recipe costing, and minimizing wastage.
• Proficient with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Familiarity with Odoo ERP is a plus.
• Experience working in Qatar or GCC countries’ F&B sectors is preferred.
