Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join Al Remal Aluminium & Glass Industries LLC, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This full-time role demands a professional with hands-on experience in aluminium, glass, and façade projects within the UAE or GCC region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site supervision and execution with a strong technical background in engineering specifications and systems.

Key Responsibilities

As a Site Engineer, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects progress smoothly and align with technical design standards. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, supervise subcontractors, and manage site execution to maintain high quality and safety standards. Effective communication and problem-solving on-site are critical to successfully delivering the projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering
• 3 to 6 years of professional experience within the UAE or GCC, specifically in aluminium, glass, and façade works
• Strong understanding of aluminium systems, glass specifications, and related construction methods
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office applications, and project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities to manage and resolve on-site issues efficiently
• Immediate availability is preferred
