Key Responsibilities

Candidates will be expected to carry out their respective roles efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and operational continuity within facility management projects. This includes:

• Mechanical Engineer: Overseeing mechanical system installations and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance of all equipment.
• HVAC Technician: Servicing and maintaining Fan Coil Units and Air Handling Units to guarantee climate control systems function properly.
• Plumber: Managing plumbing installations, repairs, and upkeep for facility infrastructure.
• Carpenter: Handling woodwork, fittings, and other carpentry tasks essential for day-to-day facility operations.

Requirements

Applicants should have relevant professional experience within facility management and construction environments. Immediate availability to join is preferred.
