We are seeking a skilled Cutting Master to join our uniform manufacturing unit in Dammam. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in pattern making, precise fabric cutting, size grading, and fabric consumption for a variety of uniform types. This role is essential in ensuring efficient production while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Cutting Master will be responsible for:

• Accurately cutting fabrics according to specifications for various uniforms including coveralls, industrial workwear, shirts, trousers, polo t-shirts, chef, cleaner, security, medical, school, corporate, and hospitality uniforms
• Minimizing fabric waste through careful planning and cutting techniques
• Guiding and supervising tailors to ensure adherence to quality and measurement standards
• Checking measurements and ensuring quality control throughout the cutting and initial production stages
• Ensuring timely completion of production targets with precision and attention to detail

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in pattern making and fabric cutting specific to uniform production
• In-depth understanding of size grading and fabric consumption
• Ability to work independently with a responsible and hardworking approach
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Capable of managing the cutting process efficiently to meet production deadlines
