Job Overview

We are currently seeking two qualified Quantity Surveyors with a proven track record working on water treatment plants in Saudi Arabia, preferably with experience in Saudi Aramco projects. This opportunity is with a prestigious contracting company based in Jubail. The roles require candidates to have a minimum of five years’ relevant experience and be ready for immediate deployment.

Key Responsibilities

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs related to the water treatment plant projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining standards and quality throughout the contract lifecycle. Key duties include cost estimation, preparing bills of quantities, tender documentation, and monitoring expenditure to align with budgets.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying, specifically on water treatment plant projects within Saudi Arabia.
• Hands-on experience with Saudi Aramco standards and procedures is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract management and cost control.
• Ability to prepare detailed reports and maintain thorough documentation.
• Proficiency in relevant surveying and project management tools.
• Original passport is mandatory for application.

Compensation and Benefits

The offered rate is 35 SAR per hour. Food and accommodation are fully provided by the company. Payments will be made every 40 days upon submission of the timesheet.

Location and Work Environment

This role is based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be already available in Jubail for immediate placement. The company provides a supportive work environment with all necessary amenities to ensure employee comfort and project efficiency.
