Open Positions and Key Responsibilities

AYTB is currently seeking qualified candidates for a range of positions that require varying expertise and experience levels:

• Chemical Lab Supervisor: Oversee chemical testing operations using OES, ICP, and XRF technologies. Candidates should have more than 10 years of relevant experience to effectively manage lab procedures and ensure accuracy.
• NDE Technician (Ultrasonic Testing): Perform nondestructive testing following ASTM and ISO standards, applying DAC/DGS methods. Required experience ranges from 5 to 8 years, with ASNT Level II certification mandatory.
• QC Inspector – Dimensional: Conduct dimensional inspections in casting or forging sectors, utilizing CMM equipment aligned with ISO 8062 standards. A minimum of 5 years’ experience is needed for this role.
• RT Machine Operator (NDE): Operate radiographic testing machines with a focus on Linac/RT technologies. Candidates should hold NDT Level II certification and be well-versed in ASTM and ISO 9712 standards.
• Pattern Maker: Create wooden patterns and operate CNC machines efficiently. At least 5 years of hands-on experience is essential to succeed in this technical craft.
• Pattern Maker Labor: Support pattern making processes with 1 to 3 years of carpentry or pattern shop experience, assisting skilled Pattern Makers in their daily tasks.
• Packing Specialist: Manage packing, warehouse, and logistics operations, ensuring safe packaging and dispatch. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of relevant experience.
• Hydraulic Technician: Maintain hydraulic systems including pumps and valves to guarantee optimal functioning. Specialized knowledge in hydraulics is crucial.
• Machining Shop Skilled Operators: Operate heavy-duty CNC machinery such as VTL, HBM, and HTL with proficiency in FANUC or SIEMENS controls. Candidates must have over 7 years of machining experience.
• 2D/3D Design Engineer: Utilize CAD software and related systems like GD&T, ERP, MES, and DMS for design and documentation tasks, requiring at least 5 years of expertise.
• CMM Quality Inspector: Perform coordinate measuring machine inspections adhering to API and ISO quality standards, with 5 to 7 years of industry experience preferred.
