Anytime Fitness is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join their team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR operations, with hands-on experience in UAE labour regulations and employee management processes.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Generalist will handle a variety of human resources functions including employee relations, visa processing, and WPS (Wage Protection System) administration. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and seamless HRIS management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years practical experience as an HR Generalist within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) procedures.
- Proficiency in managing employee relations and visa processing.
- Experience using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- HR certification will be considered an advantage.
