Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Manager to join a prominent UAE group operating across real estate leasing, construction, hospitality, and investment sectors based in Ras Al Khaimah. Reporting directly to the Chairman, you will oversee the finance operations across the group and contribute strategic insights that drive business improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Your main duties will include managing daily accounting functions such as accounts payable and receivable, collections, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring. Beyond routine tasks, you will analyze financial data to identify risks, detect trends, and recommend actionable improvements. You will also supervise a junior accountant, ensure strict compliance with VAT and Corporate Tax regulations, and prepare concise, insightful management information system (MIS) reports for senior leadership.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years accounting and finance experience, preferably within the UAE market
• Background in real estate leasing, property management, or construction; hospitality sector experience is advantageous
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel abilities; experience with MYOB is beneficial
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Power BI to enhance financial analysis and reporting efficiency
