Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician with a solid background in maintaining potable water systems, drainage solutions, and pump repair. This role requires hands-on expertise in servicing building and facility plumbing infrastructures to ensure efficient operation and compliance with maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Maintaining and troubleshooting potable water supply systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Performing maintenance, repair, and diagnostics on drainage systems to prevent clogs and leaks.
• Inspecting and servicing pumps, including their mechanical and electrical components, to optimize functionality.
• Working across various building and facility environments, adapting to the specific plumbing setup and operational requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least three years of hands-on experience as a plumbing technician, preferably within building maintenance or facility management.
• Proficiency in the upkeep of potable water systems and troubleshooting related issues.
• Strong knowledge of drainage system maintenance and repair techniques.
• Skilled in pump maintenance, including inspecting, repairing, and servicing.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively across different job sites.
