Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Functional Consultant and Implementer to independently oversee enterprise ERP operations. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in customizing, configuring, and implementing Odoo’s native modules to meet complex business needs. This role requires a proactive professional who can align ERP solutions with operational goals and workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations, tailoring features to support maintenance management, facility planning, and work order processes. Specific duties include:

• Customizing and configuring Odoo modules for seamless enterprise use.
• Implementing solutions for preventive maintenance and work order costing.
• Analyzing business operations to identify and optimize workflows.
• Ensuring smooth administration and ongoing support of ERP systems.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should demonstrate strong expertise in Odoo ERP with a focus on modules related to maintenance and facility management. Preference is given to those familiar with:

• Maintenance management and work order handling within Odoo.
• Facility management planning and related business processes.
• Cost analysis and budgeting for work orders.
• Effective communication of technical concepts to stakeholders.

Additional Information

This position is based in Jeddah, specifically in the Al Fasliyaa area, with immediate joining preferred. For qualified applicants, visa sponsorship from the home country can be arranged.
