Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labour / Shop Helper to join a mobile accessories retail shop in Bahrain. This full-time position is ideal for Indian or Nepali nationals looking to support daily store operations and assist with stock management in a busy retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day shop activities including receiving, unloading, and organizing mobile accessories and related products.
• Sort, pack, label, and arrange stock efficiently for easy access and attractive display.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the shop floor and storage areas to ensure a presentable environment.
• Support sales staff by helping customers find products and checking stock availability as needed.
• Participate in stock counting and basic inventory checks to help maintain accurate records.
• Handle loading and unloading deliveries carefully to prevent damage or loss of goods.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the shop supervisor or owner.

Required Skills

• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and organizing stock.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to assist team members and follow instructions efficiently.
• Basic communication skills to interact with staff and customers politely.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working in retail or warehouse environments, particularly in roles involving stock handling or shop assistance, will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
