Drake & Scull Contracting is seeking highly skilled professionals to fill key roles in civil engineering and construction management across projects in the UAE and GCC region. We have immediate openings for a Project Manager (Civil) and a Construction Manager (Civil) to lead major developments in high-rise, hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager (Civil), you will take charge of all aspects of civil contracting projects, leveraging your extensive experience to manage multiple stakeholders, control costs efficiently, and ensure timely project delivery. The Construction Manager (Civil) will focus on overseeing site execution, managing manpower and subcontractors, and enforcing stringent quality, safety, and productivity standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Project Manager (Civil): Minimum 12 years of experience in civil contracting with a track record in high-rise buildings, hospitality, residential, and commercial projects.
• Construction Manager (Civil): At least 10 years of experience managing large-scale civil engineering projects.
• Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in cost control, site management, manpower coordination, subcontractor supervision, and adherence to quality and safety protocols.
• Applicants must hold a degree in Civil Engineering.
