Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Female Cleaner to join a hospital team based in Dammam / Khobar. This role is open exclusively to female candidates from the Philippines. The position offers a competitive monthly salary of SAR 1,800, which includes a basic salary and food allowance. Accommodation and transportation are provided to ensure a comfortable working environment.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the cleaner will be to maintain cleanliness throughout the hospital facilities. Duties include sanitizing patient rooms, common areas, and medical equipment surfaces following stringent hygiene protocols to support a safe and sanitary environment.

Work Schedule and Compensation

The position involves working eight hours a day, with additional overtime compensated in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. The total monthly salary is SAR 1,800, broken down into SAR 1,500 basic salary and SAR 300 food allowance.

Requirements

• Female applicants only
• Philippine nationality
• Valid Iqama required; candidates with Iqamas expiring within 3 to 4 months are considered
• Huroob status candidates are not eligible
• Must be allowed for Naqal Kafala (sponsorship transfer)

Application Process

The selection process includes an initial screening of CVs and Iqama documentation, followed by an interview at the recruiter’s office. Candidates who pass this stage will be interviewed at the hospital. Final selection will be followed by processing of the Naqal Kafala transfer.
