Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled GOC (GoCompletion) Coordinator to join a prominent Oil & Gas EPC project based in Saudi Arabia. This project is located across Al Ahsa and Riyadh sites and is project-based. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the GoCompletion system to ensure smooth project completion processes.

Key Responsibilities

The coordinator will oversee and maintain updates within the GoCompletion database, managing all aspects related to project completion. This includes coordinating Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning, and Commissioning activities. The role involves tracking Inspection Test Records (ITRs), inspection documents, equipment tags, and subsystem statuses. Key duties also encompass organizing construction completion walkdowns, managing punch-list items until resolution, and preparing detailed completion and handover dossiers.

The coordinator must monitor the readiness of systems and facilitate smooth turnover from Construction to Commissioning teams. Additionally, they will generate regular completion status reports and collaborate closely with Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, Commissioning, Planning, and Document Control teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation is available for client handover.

Required Skills and Experience

• 6 to 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
• Hands-on expertise with GoCompletion (GOC) system control and management.
• Strong background in System Completion, Mechanical Completion, Turnover, and Handover processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ITRs, punch lists, walkdowns, and completion dossiers.
• Experience working on large-scale Oil & Gas, Gas Processing, or EPC projects.
• Preference for candidates with prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
• Saudi Aramco project experience is a distinct advantage.
• Proficient in English communication and report writing.
• Possession of an engineering degree, diploma, or relevant technical qualifications.

Preferred Candidate Titles
