ADGT is expanding its Abu Dhabi office and seeking a skilled HR Manager to join our team. This role calls for a hands-on HR professional with a solid background in HR operations and internal recruitment, dedicated to supporting our company’s human capital needs.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, overseeing daily HR activities, and coordinating recruitment efforts to attract top talent. This person will ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law while fostering a productive and positive workplace environment.

Required Skills

• Proven expertise in in-house recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UAE Labour Law regulations.
• Experience handling employee lifecycle management and day-to-day HR functions efficiently.
• Familiarity with Dayforce HR software is considered a plus.

This is an office-based position located in Abu Dhabi, where you will be part of a dynamic team focusing on supporting the company’s growth through effective human resource strategies.
