Key Responsibilities

The Facility Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations of facility services, coordinating maintenance and repair activities, and supervising teams to maintain safety, efficiency, and high standards. You will also ensure adherence to compliance standards and work closely with project and engineering teams for smooth facility performance.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or Project Management.
• At least 10 years of facility management experience within the GCC region, preferably in prestigious organizations.
• Proven expertise in managing commercial buildings and large-scale mixed developments.
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) designation from IFMA or an equivalent body.
• Strong understanding of Qatar’s local regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership capabilities, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
