This role requires an experienced professional to oversee the safe and efficient erection and dismantling of scaffolding systems on construction sites. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage scaffolding teams, ensuring all activities comply with safety regulations and project requirements. Coordination with site engineers and safety personnel is essential to maintain seamless workflows. The supervisor will be responsible for planning scaffolding assembly and disassembly, monitoring team performance, and enforcing established safety protocols throughout the project duration.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on scaffolding experience within the construction industry
• Comprehensive understanding of scaffolding erection and dismantling procedures
• Strong knowledge of occupational safety standards and regulatory compliance on construction sites
• Proven ability to lead and supervise scaffolding teams effectively and safely
• Experience in liaising and coordinating with site engineers and safety teams to ensure project alignment
• Prior work experience in the UAE construction sector is highly preferred
• Immediate availability will be given preference
