The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling mass recruitment projects and ensuring timely onboarding of candidates across various technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

The successful Recruiter will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities including sourcing candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and job portals, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and managing coordination with recruitment agencies. Additional duties involve preparing job offers, negotiating salaries, and maintaining detailed recruitment records and reports. The role demands understanding of technical job requirements related to facilities management and engineering positions, as well as handling bulk manpower requisitions efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should possess a degree in Human Resources or a related field alongside proven experience in both local and international recruitment. Experience hiring for technical, skilled, semi-skilled, and blue-collar positions is essential. Effective communication, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure to meet urgent hiring deadlines are key attributes required for this role.
